Welcome to Clandestine Protection Investigation, LLC, a licensed private investigation company operating in Texas under the laws of the State of Texas. By hiring or engaging with our services, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read these terms carefully before using our services.

 

2. License and Compliance

Clandestine Protection Investigation, LLC operates under the license and regulations set by the Texas Department of Public Safety's Private Security Program. We strictly adhere to all local, state, and federal laws and regulations.

 

3. Services Offered

We provide private investigation services that may include, but are not limited to:

  • Surveillance
  • Background checks
  • Asset searches
  • Infidelity investigations
  • Legal support
  • Corporate investigations

 

The scope of work will be clearly defined in the client agreement.

 

4. Confidentiality

We take confidentiality seriously. Any information obtained during the investigation will be kept strictly confidential and shared only with the client unless required by law or with explicit client consent.

However, please note that information shared with us must also be lawful and in compliance with applicable regulations.

 

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients must provide accurate, truthful, and complete information necessary for the investigation. Failure to do so may result in delays or inaccurate findings.

The client must ensure that all requests for investigations are lawful and comply with local, state, and federal laws. We reserve the right to refuse any investigation that may be illegal, unethical, or otherwise inappropriate.

 

6. Payment Terms

  • Clients are required to pay a deposit prior to the start of the investigation, with the remainder due upon completion or as otherwise agreed in writing.
  • All payments are non-refundable unless explicitly stated in the client agreement.
  • Invoices not paid by the due date may incur late fees as per our agreement.
  • Any additional expenses incurred during the investigation, such as travel, lodging, or special equipment, will be discussed with the client prior to being added to the final invoice.

 

7. Results and Reporting

We will provide a report of findings based on the investigation conducted. However, the client acknowledges that no specific outcomes or results are guaranteed. Investigations are conducted to gather available evidence or information, but outcomes may vary depending on the nature of the case.

 

8. Limitation of Liability

Clandestine Protection Investigation, LLC will not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services, the results of investigations, or any delays or issues beyond our control. The client assumes full responsibility for decisions made based on the information provided.

 

9. Indemnification

The client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Clandestine Protection Investigation, LLC, its employees, and its contractors from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses, including legal fees, that arise from any unlawful or unauthorized use of the information provided by us.

 

10. Termination

Either party may terminate the engagement at any time by providing written notice. If the client terminates the agreement before completion of the investigation, the client will still be responsible for payment of services rendered and expenses incurred up to the date of termination.

 

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any legal disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Texas.

 

12. Changes to Terms and Conditions

We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website and will take effect immediately upon posting. It is the client’s responsibility to review the Terms and Conditions regularly to stay informed of any updates.
